This week Ceccato Wash Systems launched our new range of car wash equipment at the Australian Car Wash Association's biennial national trade show at Jupiter's Casino on the Gold Coast.

Internationally renown car wash expert Cristian Panozzo presented Ceccato Wash Systems' entire new range of vehicle wash equipment including the exciting new Pegasus Tech - a genuine hybrid rollover car wash capable of both fully touch free washes, fully friction washes or a combination of touch free and friction.

Ceccato Wash Systems is pleased to announce a visit to Australia by Cristian Panozzo, Ceccato Italy’s International Export Business Development Manager. Mr Panozzo will be touring Australia from the 8^th to the 18^th of this month. Ceccato Italy is one of the world's oldest and most successful car wash manufacturers.

During his visit Mr Panozzo will spend time in each state visiting Ceccato (www.ceccato.it) and MacNeil (www.macneil.com) car, bus and truck wash installations. This will be an invaluable time for Ceccato customers to be brought up to date with the latest European trends in vehicle washing, Ceccato’s stellar progress in environmentally sustainable car wash manufacturing, and to hear about exciting new product developments coming out of Ceccato Italy.

Ceccato S.p.A has become the world's first auto car wash manufacturer to be awarded an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). Three of Ceccato's top selling auto car wash models the Hydrus, Pegasus and Hyperion have been awarded the prestigious accreditation.

In order to obtain this accreditation Ceccato has implemented Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies on the global environmental impact of their auto car wash models right throughout their life cycle from extraction and transformation of raw materials, through to production, transport, use of the product and waste treatement.

These LCA studies have enable Ceccato to declare the full environmental impact of their auto car wash equipment disclosing their full impact on the environment.

Representatives from Ceccato Wash Systems have just returned from the International Car Wash Associations Car Care World Expo held in Las Vegas in May. The Car Care World Expo is the North American equivalent of the hugely popular European car washing and automotive trade show Automechanika. These twin trade shows offer car wash companies international exposure in marketing their vehicle wash systems.

The Car Care World Expo showcased recent advances in car washing with MacNeil and Ceccato both well represented. MacNeil Launches BluWave Robotic Wash System

MacNeil Wash Systems is pleased to introduce the newest member of its tunnel equipment lineup, the BLUWAVE high pressure linear profiling arch. The BLUWAVE is a direct response to MacNeil’s customers’ requests for a linear profiler that offers precise profiling and optimum vehicle safety in a space saving package.

The BLUWAVE allows wash operators to wash up to 180 cars per hour, safely and efficiently. This new technology improves the overall cleaning performance while maintaining vehicle safety. It maintains a consistent 8-10” distance from vehicle surfaces and adjusts automatically to conveyor speeds for consistent wash quality. Its single post design requires minimum tunnel space and it

can be mounted on the drivers or passenger sides.

Safety and the environment were major design objectives in the development of the BLUWAVE robot. Ceccato has launched an exciting new product that further differentiates their vehicle wash systems. All new Pegasus and Hyperion car wash equipment now comes with the option of multi-coloured foam application during the wash chemical phase.

The foam is a detergent that is produced by mixing detergent, water and air. The end result is visually striking as well as having the effect of reaffirming the wash quality to car wash customers. They can see the plentiful amount of detergent that covers their car, the significant duration of time that the chemical actively works on their car's surface and the softening effect on the brush cycle as the foam is applied well before the brushes come in contact with the surface of the car.
